More Than a Getaway

I believe a vacation should be more than a break from everyday life. It should give you something back.

It might be time to reconnect as a couple, laugh until your sides hurt on a long-overdue girlfriends' getaway, or take that solo journey you've been thinking about for years. Sometimes we travel to celebrate. Sometimes we travel to recharge. And sometimes we simply need to step outside our everyday lives and rediscover a little bit of ourselves.

That's what I want to help create.

At Travels With Paula, I help couples, friends, and solo travelers make the most of the time they've set aside for themselves. Not simply by choosing where to go, but by thoughtfully creating a vacation filled with experiences that feel right for you.

Because your time away is precious. It's a chance to see something beautiful, try something new, reconnect with the people you love - or with yourself - and come home with stories you'll still be telling years from now.

Off the Clock

A little adventure, a little homebody

Travel and adventure have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a family that loved to travel, and that's where my own love of travel and adventure began. That sense of curiosity and excitement about discovering somewhere new has never left me, which is why becoming a travel advisor made so much sense.

I call Florida home, and I love that there is always something to explore right in my own backyard. A day at Disney or Universal, a quick Florida getaway, or a weekend somewhere new can make me just as happy as packing my bags for a trip much farther from home. Big adventure or small, I simply love going.

When I'm home, I'm a foodie at heart who loves to cook and try new cuisines. You'll often find me listening to a good audiobook while I'm driving, cooking, cleaning, or tackling my latest project. I'm not very good at sitting still, so when I have some downtime, there's usually a craft or puzzle nearby. Being creative makes me happy.

I don't plan on slowing down anytime soon. Whether it's a little getaway with my girlfriends or a longer vacation to somewhere I've never been, there always seems to be another adventure finding its way onto my calendar.

And even when I'm not traveling, travel is rarely far from my mind. I genuinely enjoy learning about new destinations, discovering new experiences, and keeping up with the latest from the cruise lines, resorts, and travel brands I work with. For me, it doesn't really feel like work - it's simply another way I get to keep exploring the world.

And there is still so much of this world I want to see.
