Most of what I plan costs you nothing extra - I'm paid by the cruise lines, resorts and tour operators you'd be booking anyway.
What you get that a booking site can't give you
Anyone can find a fare online. What's harder to find is judgment - knowing which cabin category is actually worth the upgrade, which shore excursion is a tourist trap, and which "five-star" hotel is coasting on a reputation it earned a decade ago.
I make the calls, not you
Questions, changes, special requests, the thing the resort got wrong - I contact the cruise line or the hotel on your behalf. You don't lose an afternoon on hold, and you don't explain your booking to a different person every time.
I watch the price after you book
Where the supplier allows it, I keep an eye on your booking once it's confirmed. If the fare drops or a better promotion appears before final payment, I'll go after it for you - you don't have to be the one checking.
